Biodiversity monitoring

TerraSpectrum works with academia to do bioacoustics monitoring in natural savannas, wetlands and gallery forests of the Orinoquía, and quantify the impact of industrial rice plantations and the introduction of exotic grasses on biodiversity.

 

The monitoring generates valuable scientific data for a region that remains very poorly studied, and is serves as a baseline scenario for the development of biodiversity credit project.
